Having a member of your family entering this type of facility is very difficult to begin with. I personally went to 10 different facilities and out of those only 2 actually talked with me. The admission manager at Richboro is phenomenal. She followed up with me even when they had already transferred my father to another facility she found room for me and got him transferred there.
